I grew up in a small Texas town—raised with grit, grace, and a quiet drive to create something more. That determination carried me into global consulting, where I partnered with senior leaders to design and implement large-scale transformation.

Over time, I saw a consistent truth: even the strongest strategy falters when the human foundation beneath it is misaligned. That insight became central to my work—designing success in a way that can actually be lived.

Later, I built businesses of my own and moved through seasons of growth, reinvention, and reflection. Each chapter reinforced the same realization: achievement alone is not enough. For success to endure, it must remain internally coherent and externally real.
