TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR COACHING SERVICES

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the understanding between Inventive Change Solutions LLC, doing business as The Elevare Method™ (“Coach”) and the undersigned (“Client”). By purchasing or engaging in coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

The Coach offers the following services:

  • The Elevare Method™ 90-Day Program
    A structured coaching experience delivered virtually, including bi-weekly coaching sessions, guided use of the Elevare Method™ Playbook, and integration assignments.
  • Monthly Retainer Support
    Ongoing strategic support billed monthly, typically including two sessions per month, accountability check-ins, and access to tools and resources.
  • VIP Intensives
    Half-day or full-day immersion sessions focused on clarity, strategy, and breakthrough outcomes.

All sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client is responsible for scheduling sessions using the provided booking link.

2. Client Commitments

The Elevare Method™ is a partnership designed for accountability, alignment, and forward momentum. The Client agrees to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared for all sessions.
  • Participate fully and complete any assigned integration work.
  • Communicate honestly and openly with the Coach throughout the engagement.

Sessions not rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited, except as noted in Section 3 below. Unused sessions expire at the end of the contracted program term.

3. Session Rescheduling & Program Duration

Clients may reschedule one session within 24 hours of the scheduled time without penalty. Any additional late reschedules or missed sessions will be forfeited.

The 90-Day (12-week) program duration begins once the official start date is mutually established and confirmed in writing. The program period is measured by the consecutive passing of twelve (12) weeks from that start date, regardless of session pacing, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Coach Commitments

The Coach agrees to uphold the highest standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity throughout the engagement. Specifically, the Coach will:

  • Be fully present, prepared, and on time for all scheduled sessions.
  • Provide strategic guidance, tools, and frameworks aligned with The Elevare Method™.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all client communications and materials, except where disclosure is required by law.
  • Communicate transparently about scheduling, expectations, and program milestones.
  • Support the Client in maintaining clarity, accountability, and alignment throughout the coaching experience.

5. Confidentiality

The Coach will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions, except where disclosure is required by law.

Group sessions may be recorded and shared only with registered participants for their personal use. No client likeness, image, or testimonial will be used for marketing purposes without the Client’s prior written consent.

The Coach maintains secure digital storage for all client materials and correspondence. Client information will never be shared with third parties without prior consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by the Coach, including but not limited to The Elevare Method™ framework, Playbooks, and tools, are proprietary and protected by copyright and trademark law. The Client may use these materials solely for personal use within the program. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing these materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Payments

90-Day Program: Full payment due at the time of purchase.

Monthly Retainer: Auto-billed monthly unless terminated with 30 days’ written notice.

VIP Intensives: Full payment due at the time of purchase.

All payments are non-refundable after purchase. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

All payments are due in U.S. dollars and must be completed through the designated payment system. Clients are responsible for ensuring payment information is current and valid.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services, all sales are final once purchased. No refunds will be issued for completed, scheduled, or unused sessions.

9. Disclaimer

Coaching is a professional development service and is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, legal, financial, or medical advice.

The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes; results depend on the Client’s own decisions, actions, and follow-through.

The Client is solely responsible for their wellbeing, choices, and results throughout and after the coaching engagement.

10. Termination

The Coach may terminate services if the Client:

  • Fails to comply with these Terms,
  • Engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior, or
  • Fails to pay fees.

Unused fees are non-refundable if termination occurs due to Client breach.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

  • Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith mediation in Houston, Texas before pursuing litigation.
  • If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved exclusively in Texas courts.

12. Force Majeure

The Coach shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, accidents, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

13. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between the Client and the Coach. No other promises or agreements, oral or written, shall be binding unless agreed to in writing and signed by both parties.
